No Cost English as a Second Language (ESL) Program for Mercer County NJ Small Business Employees<\/strong><\/p>\n

Attention Mercer County Small Business Owners:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Have you recently hired limited English-speaking staff to fill necessary positions in your small business during the COVID-19 global pandemic?<\/p>\n

Do you have employees who want to improve their English-speaking skills?<\/p>\n

This no cost course offered through the NJ Small Business Development Center at The College of New Jersey (NJSBDC at TCNJ) will assist your employees to better understand how to communicate with your customers and the rest of your staff. This program is made possible at no cost through a grant partnership with the Mercer Institute.<\/p>\n

Who is this Program for?<\/strong><\/p>\n

This program is being offered to assist Mercer County, NJ based retail, restaurant, construction and service-based small microbusinesses with less than 25 employees with hiring challenges experienced as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic.<\/p>\n
