Music For The Mind

Through a multitude of interactive activities, participants will learn about different genres of music and how making and listening to music can alleviate stress. With exposure to different types of music, the audience will be able to determine what type of music speaks the most to them when in certain moods. The activities include building instruments, guided breathing, creating graphic scores through visualization and making personalized playlists.
