Heart Health and the role fiber plays in preventing disease: A presentation looking at heart disease and the relationship fiber can play in reducing risk factors. We will discuss what is heart disease, what is fiber, how it helps reduce your risks of developing high cholesterol and high blood pressure, as well as sources of fiber and how you can begin to include more of these sources into your diet.
