The Horses And Youth (HAY) Program is an equine-based educational
and recreational program specifically for children from
underserved communities of Mercer County.
Partnering with the Mercer County Park Commission,
Heads Up Friends of Mercer County Stables is awarding three scholarships
for one month of private lessons.
